I have another question along the same lines... I have seen some repertoire
lists for various band gigs. They often don't say which parts to learn
(1st, second, solo, etc...). For example, for a clarinet opening, you are
required to play Lincolnshire Posey.
I've played it before, so this isn't a problem, but which part do they want
to hear. The entire list is like this? Do they usually supply parts or do
you need to find your own?
Inquiring minds want to know :-)
