You know, it's not just the binding that's the problem. The printing is so
poor it looks like it has been photocopied from an original. Take, for
instance, the page with all of the major and minor scales (I can't remeber
the page number but I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about). The
staves of the sixteenth notes are blurred together. My young student are
frightened by this page because of all the thick black lines.
