After I sent the previous message, I read the next one:

>>
The Clarinetist and Clarinet Choir Director Piet Jieggers (close spelling)
who lives in Holland developed Mouthpieces that are angled to compensate
for the Type 1 and Type 2 Occlusion (over, and underbite). They exit the
barrel and take an angle either up or down so that the Clarinetist can
still have the clarinet at a normal angle of playing.
<<

I don't know, what "close spelling" means. The correct spelling of his name
is " Piet Jeegers", as far as I know. I am well aware he developed mouth
pieces for all kinds of dental structures, but for the poblem facing me he
still had no solution, as far as Iknow.
