Wow...that's a pretty different experience that I've ever had with Muncy's
- Especially the bit about them not calling you back. I order stuff
usually once or twice a semester and occasionally they'll have to call
back, and always do so when they say they will (a few hours later though;
generally I order in the morning, and they say they'll call back, usually
it's right after lunch).

I don't know what to tell you - it's certainly not the characteristic
customer service I nor anyone else here in the NMSU clarinet studio has
received from them.
