Bob Spring's article on circular breathing is posted (by permission) in the
http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Study/ section.

My son learned to circular breath & play within a few weeks, but there's
timing issues (you get a dip in the tone) that have to be worked out, too.
It's within the realm of possibility that your son could be ready by June.
