Dear Klarinetters,
Just a quick update to let you know that I've pretty much got all the rules & requirements out of the way to create a new Webcasting station for us (and other "niche" instrumental and genre' music). I'll be sending off the licensing money this weekend, and I'm negotiating with the newspaper consortium that supplies Sneezy's T1 connection for equipment and connectivity. I was hoping to start the middle of April, but it looks like a realistic date will be late April.

I won't be starting out big - but I will be starting out! Probably only one 5 hour program a week for clarinet music, in English & Japanese.
