Kevin,
I support your comments about WW&BW totally. I also have had excellent
success in dealing with them.
Now, about Phil Muncy. He does, indeed, hand select clarinets from Buffet
each year. They list the serial numbers and then ship them to him in lots
through the year. His being a fine clarinetist gives those who buy from his
selections the opportunity to choose a really great instrument. He has been
located in Boone, NC for about eight years now. He is a fine technician
also and his place is fun to visit!
