David,
FWIW, J.W. Pepper lists the Warner Bros. edition as being Permanently Out
of Print. However, they also list editions from Southern, Edition Musicus,
and Baron as available. The Rabaud is also in the first volume of Recital
Literature for the Clarinet, a series of 4 volumes edited by William
Stubbins. Pepper also shows that as being available.
