Also for any one that is using the Rubank Advanced Volumes, I suggest
following the study chart that they have layed out at the beginning of each
volume. It lays out a nice balance of scale studies, technical studies in
that key, melodic studies in that key, etc.

Also the "finger twister" drills are invaluable for some of the difficult
and unusual fingering combinations and in learning how to slide from key to
key. I believe however these happened to have been adopted from the Klose
complete method book as they are not unique to the Rubank books.
