Can you tell me if he taught at Curtis, Juilliard, Tanglewood, or the
Prague Conservatory - How many if any?.

The main sources are:
Charlotte Martinu: My Life with Bohuslav Martinu, Orbis, Prague 1978
Brian Large: Martinu 1973 Duckworth and in USA, Holmes and Meier
Brian Large: Martinu. New Grove1980

The Martinus arrived in the USA on 31 March 1941 staying until 5 May 1953
(and returning again for a short period, Winter 1955-6)

They lived at: Pleasantville near Edgartown (Mass),
Ridgefield (Conn), South Orleans (Cape Cod),
Middlesbury (Vermont), Lennox (Mass), Darien (Conn),
in Jamaica and New York (58th Street)
Charlotte worked in a New York garment factory 1945-50

BM's English was not good, but he sought to improve it by going
frequently to the cinema(!) By 1942 it was roughly serviceable.
He taught at Curtis, Princeton, Tanglewood,
Berkshire Music Centre, Lennox; Mannes School, New York;
Barrington School of Music, Great Barrington (Mass)
(Here (18 July 1946) he was seriously concussed. He fell
10ft onto a concrete floor after stepping out in the dark
into thin air, where he thought there was a staircase).

He was offered a Professorship at Prague Conservatoire
which he accepted, but for political reasons was never fulfilled.
