On another note (not so low!), I am requesting
suggestions for an interesting group of musicians
for some "lighter-side" chamber music:
vln, ob, cl, trb, and marimba
Yes, crazy instrumentation! We are doing a
collaboration with some native american
singers/drummers and about 15 minutes of
music without the singers. The collaboration
piece is completely improvised to one of the native
american songs, fun!
Any ideas of what we could adapt? Our last
concert included one of Pacquito's pieces, and
a movement of the Four Seasons.....anything
is possible? : )
