This is **entirely** a consumer issue to me. Mom and dad get in a fight and
the KIDS pay !

One opens up a case and see a warranty card, B & H brochure citing info on
care for the clarinet & the buyer assumes that he has the "real mccoy".

The clarinet cracks two weeks later. or keywork is found to be defective.
These defects existed when the clarinet left the factory.

The manufacturer sells their instruments through a middle man. I like my
instrument vendors, local stores & catalogues just fine. However, I am never
buying THEM.

I BUY BUFFET. I buy a piece of the factory. Thats IN-separable for me.
