I thought this was about wood. If you work in wood you understand wood and
may see into it--it isn't all that difficult. When things are made slow and
there is no pressure the wood almost works itself.

The necks I showd you each had a flaw in the wood. They are stable but I
chose not to use them. Clarinet makers should do the same.

When demand is up profits are up and quality often goes down because people
may forget about the love in their work. If you love what you sell you love
without exception..

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE & WARRANTY

... after all it's not a product, it's wood and there is something special
about wood. More special is that you breath into it and extend your soul
and voice.

I would want my clarinet to be loved when it was a wee twig in the ground...
