Subj: [kl] ICA competition music out of print

I recently tried to purchase the Gordon jacobs 5 Pieces for clarinet, for
the ICA high school competition, and the music store said that the piece is
temporarily out of print by the publisher (Oxford university press) and that
they did not list a reprint date. now this poses a problem for anyone who
wants to send in a tape for this competition, does anyone know anything about
that?
