For more than 20 years I've used Yamaha clarinets (YCL-62). For about
fifteen years, I have used John Denman Reeds (Tuscon, AZ). I have used Lyben
Ligatures and Click Barrels. Barri Mouthpeices have produced a design of
mine for all clarinet players that I think are best suited for symphonic as
well as jazz music. They're available in models BDF #'s 1, 2, and 3. I
personally use #3, which is the most open. I hope this helps you in your
