Click continued..........

I haven't tried Click barrels on Buffet R13's or any other professional
clarinets. I have had band students (that don't study privately) that have
needed a shorter barrel for their student clarinets. I can say I've noticed
a big improvement by putting Click barrels on them. It is easy to adjust
clicking up and clicking down, students like them and I have noticed an
increase in projection of tone. I've personally tried the instrument with
both barrels and have been pleased. Intonation is good and they seem very
consistent. With the adjusting system of this barrel you don't need tuning
rings. Clicks are very reasonably priced and I'll continue to use them at
school. I don't know anyone that uses them on their professional instrument
though. Clicks are about $40.00 so their not in the professional barrel
price range. A good value for student use!!!
