About two months ago I bought a BAM alto sax flight case from Muncy
Winds. After a couple of weeks I noticed that one of the latches was
getting harder and harder to open and was starting to loosen from the case
shell. I called Muncy and they put me in contact with BAM. The person at
BAM told me to send my case to them and they would fix or replace the case.
I sent my case to BAM. About two weeks later I received a new case because
the latch was faulty AND they reimbursed me for the box and shipping in
sending off my case. I thought I should give a plug to a manufacture that
gave great service. Muncy Winds and BAM acted very prompt in responding to
my problem. Bravo!!
