Don't worry about it. I had to make two or three phone calls just to
follow up on a request for something as simple as a catalog. Apparently
they have every clarinet ever made in that place, they're terrific when
you're in there (I have not been yet), but their attitude about
returning calls and answering mail revives the old Army saying "Hurry up
and wait."
