Weiner's was a good firm to deal with, in providing good and prompt
service. My experience is a little short of this description. I have
e-mailed them 3 times over a period of 9 days with a simple request for
a quote on delivery costs to Australia. So far I have had no response to
the original message, or to the reminders. If they have a breakdown in
their e-mail system, I hope someone from Weiner's sees this and
responds. Has anyone else had similar problems there?
