I believe that the correct technical term is "penalty beer."

I would be happy to supply you with an example of the finest Northwest
microbrew should you be in or around Seattle. Or, if you prefer, cheap beer
-- there's not that big a price difference.

As far as raising the class level . . .well, there goes the neighborhood.
