The first place I'd check is http://www.piazzolla.org/, "The Center for
Astor Piazzolla on the Internet" :^)

They list http://www.universelles.com/, Les Editions Universelles as a
source for sheet music, and indeed heading over to their score catalog I
got 85 hits on piazzolla.
