I suppose that flash-mailing on the Internet resembles quantum
physics in the sense of time warps caused by relative velocities, not to
mention different time zones. But at least I spotted the basic issue of
female vs male. <smile>
What brought it to my mind was that my instructor is a lady, and
the other clarinet instructor who teaches in the same studio is a lady,
and the conductor of our community band is a lady clarinetist who is
also a music professor; and therefore it stuck out like a sore thumb to
me that none of the names being posted (including my own guesses except
one!) appeared to be female.
