Robert McGinnis was the first clarinetist I ever had lessons with at
Indiana University in the summers of 1961 and 1962.He had recently
retired from the Philharmonic(1960?).He didn't last long there, and as
far as I know,he then took up a position with the San Francisco
Symphony.Does anyone know for sure if he was in San Francisco?
