Absolutely true. And if having a "real reed knife" is that important, then
certainly that's the direction to follow. It unnecessary, from my pov.
Similarly, when I take my cholesterol medication, I can take "the real
thing", Lopid, or I can take the generic, gemfibrofil. The later costs
about 75% less than the trade name and accomplishes the exact same function.
That's "real" enough for me. <g>
