Since I placed the original message, I've been contacted by individuals
asking for copies, assuming this is out of print. As has frequently been
pointed out in this forum, being out of print isn't enough reason to make
copying legal, so I'm not willing to do that without more information.

On the other hand, I live in the area where SHALL-u-mo is located. This is
not a shop, but rather a mail order only business. I've placed a call to
the owner asking if he has copies for sale and will post his reply once I
get an answer.
