Due to the frequency of spam messages (and spam relay attempts) that occur at Sneezy, I have set up the mail to reject any messages from addresses listed in the RBL (Realtime Black Hole) list.

What does this mean to you? For 99% of you - probably nothing. Your ISPs are "good" ISPs and don't allow spammers to use their mail systems.

For maybe 1% of you - you'll get a rejection notice when posting that looks something like:

553 Blackholed - see <URL:http://mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup?192.203.178.39>
Terminating conversation

attached to a bounced message.

What should you do?

1) Contact your ISP and complain. They may not know that their mail system is compromised.
2) Switch ISPs (if your ISP doesn't want to close down their relaying or spamming then you're contributing to the spam problem by supporting them with your money).
3) If #1 or #2 are impossible, please send me a message at charette@-----.

Remember - you can get through to me at charette@-----.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Mark Charette@-----.org
