I played it Christmas '98. I can't remember who arranged it, but it was
arranged not long after Handel's death. I actually did point out to the
director that Messiah wasn't scored for clarinet when he asked me to play,
and he showed me the arrangement. *shrug* Hey...so there wasn't supposed
to be two clarinets there...but it was a gig...^_^
