I didn't mean to imply there are _no books at all_ on the subject--I know
there are, I've seen them. I was mainly answering the question of why there
are so many _more_ books on guitar and piano. Also, note that these books
being mentioned are a) about more than one instrument and b) mainly being
published by smaller, niche publishers targeting specific markets. I've got
nothing against niche publishing, having done it myself, but I'd be willing
to bet I couldn't get any such book past the financial whizzes where I work.
