There is also "Practical Band Instrument Repair Manual" by Clayton H. Tiede
(Wm. C. Brown Company Publishers). It covers brass, woodwind, and
percussion instruments, and is aimed primarily at band directors, so it
doesn't cover heavy-duty work like refacing tone holes, but is pretty
comprehensive on the more day-to-day repairs.
