While Gary posts fine purchasing options, I would also consider visiting
the music departments of nearby universities. Our university rents out to
private players and students; we have an E11 A just for that, and two R13s
for student/faculty use, plus quite a few basses and altos for public use
as well. If you can't afford to buy, I would rent for a few months, all
the while, practicing hard on the higher keys. I can play proficiently in
all keys because of church - I was forced to play in them 5-7 flats/sharps
on more than one occasion, and I forced myself to rise to the challenge.

Maybe that might be another way to go about it...think of it as a
challenge to overcome. It worked for me.

(That, and knowing the scales and modes for every key signature in two
octaves. This is where your scale studies pay off! *grin* )
