Transfer to your computer as a .wav file (or .aiff if you have a mac)...
Burn the CD from there.

To expand on what Mark said, to make a MP3 file, you will have to use a
program to compress it down into that format. All cd burning programs will
need a raw data file to burn from. They will convert this data into a
format that normal audio cd players will be able to read. If you make a cd
with an MP3 on it, you will not be able to play it on a normal CD player.
