On my Eb, I have developed a set of fingerings which help me produce the
pitch I want. The "stock" fingerings are only a starting point.

I've also had to do that rather extensively on my bass as well. On the bass I
can easily play to "C" one octave higher than (written) C above the treble
clef.

Will you ever find these fingerings in a published fingering chart? Maybe
never. Might not even work on another instrument.
