Oh really? I remember my teachers of 30 and 35 years ago, some of my
immediate family have been teachers for well over 25 years now, and I know
many today socially and through my children's schools. I'd say (in my
limited experience) that the quality of teachers is the same as it was when
I was growing up.

On what basis are you making your statements?
