IMHO, the BG Super Revelation allows the reed to speak more freely and =
evenly than the tradition metal ligature. I also don't worry about metal =
fatigue.

I find centering the pitch to be effortless and enjoy the flexibility =
this allows.

As for the difference between the Revelation and the Super Revelation, =
for myself, I like the cleaner attack and livelier staccato. The sound =
seems to carry or penetrate over an ensemble with more ease without =
becoming strident. I have played and enjoyed both for over two years =
now.

I hope this will answer some of the mystery that I created.
