Does anyone here know where I could get Mazzeo's book, Clarinet: The
artistry and Excellence? I have tried, Luyben's, Byron Hoyt, Pepper, Crown
books, and Amazon.com. I hear that it is out of print and I was wondering
if someone here knows where the book is? I will pay anything for it.
