I just did a search of Bookfinder.com, and it turned up nothing. I've used
Bookfinder to find some fairly obscure stuff--if it finds no match, you may
have to use a professional search service. There may be a bookstore near you
that will do this as a customer service. If you order a used book through
Amazon or B&N.com, you will probably not get a good price.
