I don't know if they're still in production, but Sony had a series
called Ensemble Live Practice and Playing System, complete with a CD
and sheet music for the ommitted instrument. On one side of the CD
is a complete rendition of the piece, the other side being the same
piece with the individual instrument ommitted. You might log onto
Sony's web site and see if you can find any clues about the series.
Also possible is the prospect that a decently equipped music store
in your area might carry this or another music-minus-one type series.
