Try this. I learned this exercize from Larry Teal, renowned former saxophone teacher at University of Michigan. Beauty of this is you do it when driving your car, or watching television....

Pucker your lips, as tight as you can, as if you're saying oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Stop. Relax one second. Draw the corners of your lips as far apart as you can, as if your saying eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Stop. Do over and over, SLOWLY. Repeat at least 50 times.

Do this 10-15 minutes a day, you'll have an embouchure of steel.

It works, it's simple, and you don't even need the instrument in your hands.
