Yes, a version is still in print: Potpourri Op. 80 for Clarinet and piano,
Musica Rara, MR 2226 (although in the catalogue of MR works on the back
cover, it is listed as #1599).

I think you mean Ernst Ottensamer was the clarinettist. It is on Naxos CD
8.550688, with Spohr's clarinet concerto #1 and #3. The work is published
by Musica Rara, but I don't know if it is still in print.
