Presumably, the middle B flat mechanism *has* to be revised for bass
clarinet
models with 2 speaker keys.
Maybe those with single speakers have the hole in a highly unfavourable
position for producing a B flat. Has anyone tried to find out?
(No --- i can't afford to risk wrecking my own instrument.....).
