I currently play a Series 10 and have tried a Signature. It is a VERY fine
instrument and wins in the head-to-head competition, at least with me. But
whether it is worth it depends upon your goals and your finances. You will
note that, even though I work in a music store and could get a GREAT
discount, I'm sticking with my 27+ year-old Series 10. That may not be
your decision, though. Get as much playing time on a Signature as you can
and then make the choice based upon how much the improvement is worth TO YOU.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
