Full disclosure: one of the founders of Lampcraft is a friend of mine.
I have no financial interest in the company, though.

That said, I gave my mother a ConcertLight for her birthday. I just got
her report: she used it for the first time at her band rehearsal this
week, and she likes it a lot. She already has another brand of
battery-powered stand light as well as a standard corded one, and she
says this one provides the best light. It does cost more than other
stand lights, but she thinks it's worthwhile.
