Actually, this film was released in 1941, and then re-released under at
least four other titles in an attempt to increase ticket sales.

He won the best film score Oscar in 1941, for this film, but under the
title, "All That Money Can Buy."

I don't know who owns the rights to this score. G. Schirmer lists three
Bernard Herrmann pieces in their on-line catalog -- you might contact them
to see if they also hold the rights to this score, or if they might know who
does. The film was released by RKO, so the successor (or studio who bought
them out) probably still has the rights.
