That was my point exactly. You have a great friend that would be willing to
go to such lengths to work with you for free.

Thank you for saying this. I get quite frustrated often because people have
a tendency to gripe about my rates when they hire me. People want quality,
but they don't want to pay for it. I paid for my gear. I pass the cost on.
As a clarinetist, I paid A LOT of money for my education going to Eastman
and USC. I have paid for lessons with teachers such as Mitchell Lurie. Do
I regret any of it? Never.

When buying expertise, you usually get what you pay for.

That is why I try to stay active in this group. We have so many talents
here, I enjoy hearing from everybody. I must say, I especially have liked
some of the threads lately on Copyright issues, mouthpieces, and teaching
techniques. Let's keep it going!!! We have a great thing here.
