Three times in the last week, people have mentioned Springer barrels to me. I
have never had a chance to try one. Anybody out there who has one, or tried
one and wants to share info.

I understand that the were made here in the Chicago area, by a Mr. Springer,
who is now deceased. I also have heard that they made from mouthpiece hard
rubber and were quite good......
