I'm left-handed as well. I often have trouble with my right hand being
relaxed enough. My right hand is generally slower than my left and i'ts
been harder for me to train it to move evenly. I have few problems with my
left hand, if any.

I wonder if right-handed clarinetist have a lot of problems with the throat
keys.
