Clark,I couldn't find your e-mail so this is going to the list. Interesting stuff anyway....

I'm holding a mouthpiece in my hands right now, a fairly nice one. It's a Wells, Stowell, Schneider, Chicago.

The chamber (bore) measures 57+, very deep. Not surprisingly, the bore starts at 13.8 mm (very narrow, has to be or the tuning would be all off, right?) and flares to 15.12. Very parallel side walls.

What blank am I looking at here? Thought you could help.
