Nope. Clarinet makers generally do not design and make mouthpieces (there
are exceptions of course) . They make clarinets. For example, Leblanc has
contracted with a variety of mouthpiece makers to supply mouthpieces for
their instruments. Even when they do manufacture mouthpieces to package
with the instruments, their design expertise is not in mouthpieces.

Besides what works great for one person, is terrible for another. They
expect experienced players to develop their own setup.
