Ben,
Yes Ben, there is a Santa Claus... I mean, yes there are quarter-tone
fingerings! Eric Mandat calls for them often and his fingering chart is in
Phil Rehfeldt's book "New Directions for Clarinet" I believe there might
also be a chart in one of Ronald Caravan's books. You can also experiment
with adding and subtracting fingers/keys until you get the pitch you're
looking for.
