That's more or less what I've done, except the Stein book seems to be out of
print now. Yes, progress would likely be faster if I had lessons, but
unfortunately I live in New York where lessons tend to be fairly expensive,
and my budget is rather limited. But I'm in no rush. I'm hoping that in the
fall I can afford a class at the Brooklyn Conservatory.
